Five stars isn’t enough for this place! Let’s just skip over the fact that Dr. Nuveen has to be one of the most attentive and patient doctors I’ve ever encountered, not to mention being supremely skilled in his trade. His critical assessment of which procedures are in his patients’ best interests, combined with a keen eye and discerning examination, combine to erase any anxiety or concern felt by the people who come to see him. No, that’s only PART of what makes Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates such a superior experience. It’s the STAFF! There is not a single team member at this clinic who isn’t among the friendliest, most patient, most attentive and understanding caregivers I’ve ever met. The luckiest day of my life was when I chose CSA to care for my medical needs. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a truly exceptional experience and facility! Dr. Nuveen is by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. From the very first consultation, I knew he was the right choice — direct, reassuring, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. The day of surgery only confirmed that feeling. Dr. Nuveen and his incredible staff have such a calming and professional bedside manner that made the entire experience feel much easier. I was extremely nervous going into this procedure. I had a breast implant replacement after my 14-year-old implants finally gave way, with a rupture confirmed by MRI. Even driving from Tulsa for the surgery was absolutely worth it. What really stood out to me were the extra details and level of care they provide. They send you home with all of your medications plus vitamins to help with healing, which I’ve never experienced before. Their team truly listens to your concerns and takes extra precautions for any factors you mention, which made me feel very safe and cared for. The entire process is incredibly organized and efficient. Most of the paperwork was completed in advance, and they consistently communicate important information through both email and text so you always know what to expect. I cannot say enough kind things about this facility, Dr. Nuveen, and his wonderful staff. I wish I could remember every name so I could personally thank them all — I was just so nervous that day! Cosmetic Surgery Affliates is very professional, thorough, and is highly effective in understanding the wants, needs and desires of their patients. My experience was 10 stars! ⭐️ I scheduled a consult on a Friday for breast explant and I was able to have my procedure performed the following Tuesday. I know it may not always work out that way, but they truly care about your time and make sure all of their patients are taken care of in the best timely manner as possible. From consult to surgery to post op visits my experience was nothing but exceptional. I have used two other surgeons prior and there is no doubt I will go back to CSA if needed or wanted in the future. Dr. Nuveen was very respectful, professional, knowledgeable and his team is the very best. Cheers to a successful operation and results that I exactly wanted!

I'm very pleased with my tummy tuck and liposuction procedure! Dr. Nuveen and his team (Meg, Ashley, Amber) were so kind and helpful in answering questions. As soon as I saw the results during the follow up appointment I was delighted to see the smooth stomach! I was going to post my before and after photo on here, but they are a little private, but I'd be happy to share with anyone thinking of doing the surgery here and wanting some reference of a happy and well done procedure! Dr. Caplin is fabulous! I can’t say enough good things about her. She is a caring, empathetic and very skilled plastic surgeon. She recently had to stitch my eye lid emergently. The sutures were so tiny you couldn’t see them! Aftercare for my injury was great. I knew exactly what to do so there would be virtually no scarring. I was so impressed with her that I went to her for another plastic surgery need. There was no high pressure or judgement about what I wanted done. She had only courteous and professional demeanor with great knowledge and experience with my needs. Her office staff, too, is amazing.

I have wanted a reduction with a lift for years. I have always felt like my boobs made me look so much heavier than I was. My wife recently had a 360 body lift with Dr. Courtney, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience.
